Positive Policy

I've been reading YOU CAN HEAL YOUR LIFE by Louise L. Hay.

AGAIN.

The timeless message of the book is that we are each responsible for our own reality and "dis-ease." Hay believes we make ourselves ill by having thoughts of self-hatred. She includes a directory of ailments and emotional causes for each with a corresponding affirmation to help overcome the illness.

I need to reinforce some things in my life. I was truly beginning to look at life with the glass half empty instead of half full.

Somehow, I think I've gotten lost along the way...and I need to refocus. This is really a good book. I don't think people understand that our thoughts create our lives and molds our experiences. This book really plants within you how to begin to think positively to lessen your chances of dis-ease in your life.

POSITIVE POLICY

To reaffirm to myself that I am worthy.
To reaffirm to myself that I approve of myself.
To reaffirm to myself that I love myself.
To reaffirm to myself that I deserve the best.
To reaffirm to myself that I am the best.
To reaffirm to myself that I love my life.
To reaffirm to myself that I all that need to be........
